If your Whatsminer ASIC Bitcoin Miner stopped working we are here to help. The first step is to email support and open a ticket with our techs so we can locate your order and try and troubleshoot.

Once our Techs confirm that your miner needs to be repaired, they will instruct you to open a repair ticket below. This will start the process and assign you a repair ticket number so that you can send in your miner for repair.

Please note, repairs can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on the problem and where the miner is shipped from. All repairs are handled on a first come, first serve basis.
